The book, translated into Kannada by Shri K. Jayaprakash Rao, brings the inspiring life and achievements of Dr. Kalam closer to Kannada readers.
On the occasion, the Governor said that Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, fondly remembered as the "People's President", continues to inspire generations through his vision, simplicity and commitment to nation-building. He noted that publishing such works in Kannada contributes significantly to the promotion of the language and literary activities in the State.
Shri Raghunath and Shri Srinivas of Vasan Publications, Bengaluru, Shri Krishna Rao, former Chief Manager, HAL, and the translator of the book, Shri K. Jayaprakash Rao, former Chief Public Relations Officer of ADA and DRDO, were present on the occasion.
