
Addressing the gathering, the Hon'ble Governor said that since ancient times, Indian culture has upheld the noble tradition of mantra chanting for the purification of the body, mind, soul, and environment, and for the welfare of the world. These mantras, composed by sages and saints, are imbued with auspicious vibrations.
Speaking about *Pujya Shri Amar Muni Ji Maharaj*, the Hon'ble Governor described his life as an inspiring spiritual journey filled with chapters of self-control, service, spiritual discipline, and dedication. He said, "It is a matter of immense joy to recall with devotion the divine and ascetic life of *Shrutacharya Pujya Shri Amar Muni Ji Maharaj*, who embodied the essence of restraint, culture, and social harmony. Pujya Gurudev was not only a great saint of Jainism but also a radiant jewel of the Indian saintly tradition. His life was a message of restraint, service, and enlightenment. The way he inspired the youth towards the spiritual path remains a guiding light for generations to come."
The Hon'ble Governor further expressed confidence that such programmes would promote harmony, morality, and spiritual awareness in society. He urged everyone to follow the path of restraint, service, and meditation shown by *Pujya Gurudev* and to contribute positively to social transformation.
Concluding his address, the Hon'ble Governor said, "It is my privilege to be part of this grand *Guru Amar Sanyam Amrit Maha Mahotsav* and to receive the blessings of revered saints and nuns. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to *Shri Gujarati Vardhaman Sthanakavasi Jain Sangha* for organizing this spiritually uplifting event."
