Manager, Dell India R & D is
conducting an interactive workshop on 'Motivational Management
and
organizational leadership' on Saturday, June 24. The workshop
is being
organized by I Think I Have A Solution (ITIHAS) in support
of Dream A Dream
Foundation, a non profit organization working towards integrating
children
from vulnerable communities.
The workshop will discuss
how one could achieve lasting organizational and
personal success through motivation and leadership. Dr. Mansingh,
during the
first session, will touch upon various topics such as building
an effective
organization, motivational management: techniques for motivating
yourself
and your team, motivating and de-motivating factors. The second
session
will focus on laws of leadership, qualities of leaders, leaders
vs. losers,
leaders vs. managers and developing leadership skills.
