Journalists with at least 5 years of work experience in the field and working in media organizations which are on the media list of the Department of Information and Public Relations can apply.
For State level newspapers and Satellite News Channels empanelled with DIPR, Journalists recommended by the editors will be considered for training. The editors will be contacted directly in this regard.

* As mentioned in the application form, journalists should submit a photograph, age proof, certificate from the editor of the media house, where the journalist is presently working, a document stating that the said media organization is included in the media list of the Department of Information and Public Relations and service experience documents stating that they have served for at least 5 years.
* This is a three-day residential training, and journalists will be provided with a travel allowance. The training will be held at the designated campuses of Infosys.
* This training program will provide training in digital media, use of AI and soft skill development.
* This training will be conducted in a total of three batches this year, and one batch of training will be exclusively conducted for women journalists under the Gender budget.
* Applications are being invited only once for all three batches.
* The venue and date of the training will be announced later. The final decision on the selection of journalists for the training will be taken by the Academy.
* The last date for submitting applications is September 26, 2025.
