Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design, has teamed up with toy and game company Hasbro to renovate the Cluedo Mansion, in celebration of Cluedo’s 70th anniversary. On August 29 - September 9, people can visit houzz.in/cluedo to vote for the room they’d most like to see in the CLUEDO Mansion.
How does this work?
70 years is a long time to go without making any home renovations. Design trends change, and over time, even the most stylish house could benefit from some new furniture and a fresh coat of paint. One of the most famous houses in the world is about to undergo a major renovation—and you get to help decide what happens.
We’re talking about the mansion in the board game Cluedo, of course. There are four new room options—the Bathroom, the Drawing Room, the Guest Room, or a modern update of the Hall — and fans get to vote to help decide what the new room should be. The room options are all inspired by popular photos and designs from professionals in the Houzz community. Results of the vote will be revealed on October 21, and a new game featuring the winning room will be available for purchase.
People can vote on Houzz sites globally to give Cluedo's Hall a fresh new look, or to replace it with an entirely new room (the Drawing Room, Guest Room or Bathroom).
