Bangalore, India - CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced that it has signed
an information technology (IT) services agreement with Exelon
Corporation, one of the nation's largest electric utilities.
The contract, which has a five-year base period, and three
one-year options, is valued in excess of $150 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will provide Exelon
with a broad spectrum of infrastructure support services,
including help desk, desktop support, database administration,
telecommunications and data network support, and server management
services. Work will be performed at various locations in the
U.S. as well as CSC's World Sourcing delivery centers in Malaysia
and India.
